Turnaround times vary by service level, and published estimates are not always what submitters experience. Dealers we spoke to plan with a margin on top of whatever estimate is published.

What we’re hearing

Volume tends to rise after major releases and in the run-up to the holiday season, which can lengthen queues across the market.

Event nights don’t always pay for themselves, but the customers they bring in do.

The figures below are illustrative and based on a small sample. We will refine the methodology as more retailers and organisers share data with us.

What it means for the trade

For UK submitters, shipping, insurance and import charges can add significantly to the headline fee per card.
